10 Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days from delivery, and only if you did not break any product sealing. Returns or exchanges after 10 days from delivery, are not eligible for a return or exchange. Due to sanitary reasons, and the nature of the product, we are unable to accommodate for returns or exchanges if you have broken the product sealing. In particular, the Magnetic Eyeliner, will not be eligible for a return or exchange if you have broken the plastic sealing surrounding the box. The Magnetic Eyelashes are not eligible for a return or exchange if you have broken the plastic sealing surrounding the eyelash box. We appreciate your understanding.

XO LASH Professional Limited, reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our returns and exchange policy (such as excessive returns, exchange, unauthorized re-seller activity, or fraud).

Condition of the Product:

Please, note that the condition of the product must be 100% as new, with all packaging and sealing intact, in order for us to accept a return or exchange. The product sealing must be intact and not damaged or impaired in any way, as we otherwise are unable to re-sell and guarantee the condition of our products as new. Products you send back to us will be evaluated and accepted or declined as eligible for return or exchange, at our sole discretion, and we will not refund you, return or exchange your purchase if we evaluate your returned products as ineligible for return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges of eyelashes must be for the same style lash.


In order to avoid fraud we can not provide refunds or exchanges without prior authorization. Please, send us an email within 10 days of delivery, to initiate an exchange or return. With proof of sale, and your order ID. You will be responsible for paying the full cost of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All refunds will be reflected on your banking statement within 15 business days after your order is inspected and deemed returnable. Refunds, returns and exchanges are only eligible given that you purchased your items direct from and not through a third party re-seller.

Exchange and Return Shipping fees: 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels for returns. Ensure you send your return or exchange with a track and trace number. We will not be responsible or accommodate for refunds, exchanges or returns for products that are lost during shipment.

Damaged Products: 

Please check ýour received items within 48 hours of delivery. We do not offer refund, return or exchange damaged products if you notify us after 48 hours of delivery.

Missing Items: 

Please make sure your order is delivered to a safe and secure location such as a locked mailbox. Unfortunately, theft and fraud are common with packages that are delivered to non-secure locations. Due to this, we can not provide refunds or replacement on merchandise stolen, lost or missing after confirmed delivery.

Large Orders:

Returns or partial returns on orders exceeding $200, must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.

International Orders: We will not approve a refund or return, in case you decide not to pay any potential customs fees, taxes or duty. If you do not pay customs fees, and do not receive the products, we do not provide a refund as the products are withheld by customs and destroyed.
